AbstractTo destroy the hazardous organisms, pasteurization, sterilization and UHT method are selected to process milk under its microorganism standard. Total plate count, yeast, mold, coliform, E coli, staphylococcus aureus, clostridium perfringens, bacillus cereus, salmonella are analised by AOAC method. Coliform and E coli can be analised by ICMSF method.
