AbstractSoymilk product will play an increasing important role because of low cost, high protein and good quality ie. flavor break through, non allergenic, cholesterol-free etc. Soymilk is divided on product into 7 types, but divided on basic consistantce into 3 types. Process of soymilk has several steps ie cleaning, dehulling, soaking of soybean, grinding of soaking cotyledons, extracting and filtering, cooking. Homogenizing and cooling of soymilk and last process is packing of soymilk.
