AbstractStaphylococcus aureus, bacillus cereus, clostridium perfringens and salmonella spp are four main bacterial groups causing food borne infection in human. Identification of B cereus, C perfringen, Salmonella spp. and surface plating method for the enumeration of S.aureus are used to determin these bacterias.
