AbstractThis study explores lifestyle, consumer behavior, and attitudes of Jakarta?s people toward imported j uice products. Analysis of 248 repurchased group or target consumers indicates that they are mostly Muslim around 31 years old on average with an income between Rp. 3 - 7 millions. Analysis of marketing mix reveals that the target consumers emphasize the pri ce as most important factor. However, they are willing to pay more for higher quality. They also concern more on halal label, good taste, and nutritional value or health benefits. Hygienic and well categorized product outlets are expected for displaying im ported juice products. Thai juice products exported to Jakarta mus t be positioned as premium quality . Nutritional fact as well as some health benefits from each fruit must be clearly display ed on the label . A ll the quality standards achievement as well as production technology achievement must also be clearly expressed and promoted . The outlet should be premium superm arket or hypermarket that offer high qual ity imported products with well - organized display. Brochure on the product quality, technology, and b enefits are reco mmended
